They struggle to understand

I do not want to eat Char Kuay Teow or fried food or Mcdonalds (or any of that stuff). At the same time, I do not want to be a buzzkill if I keep directing my friends somewhere else, especially if I am not too familiar with them.

If I choose something healthy from the menu, for example a salad, rather than a pork or fish dish, they will ALWAYS say the following:

  • “Wah you jian fei ah?”
  • “You eat like that will full meh?”
  • “You not fat what, why you diet?”

And everybody judges.

Eating healthy does not always mean dieting. It just means MAKING BETTER CHOICES.

Get that right.

But at the end of the day, who cares?

I am not shaped by their opinions.
